Bible Study

When not during a pandemic, we will have weekly bible studies during the school year at several times during the week so that you can be sure to fit one into your schedule. Until such time as we can gather again in person, Pastor Tommy will be leading bible studies over Zoom. The first class will be a part of the Northern Great Lakes Synod’s Lifelong Faith Formation Program. Starting on September 16th, we will be exploring the book of Ecclesiastes on Wednesday nights along with people from all over the synod! Please join us to discover the great comfort that lies at the heart of this obscure and sometimes hard-to-read poetic book. Classes will be 7-8pm Eastern time. Please register for the course starting August 1st from our synod website (linked above).

Sunday School

During the school year (when not during a pandemic) children of all ages gather to learn and grow together in faith. Classes may include songs, interactive bible studies, videos and games. Students will also have opportunities for leadership in worship to share what they have learned with the larger congregation. Click here to see what we’re up to in Sunday School this year.

Our current Sunday School teachers are: Jessica Columbus, Julie Gauthier, Sheila Clark, & Krista Maline.

Library

Zion has a diverse library with over 1200 books and 200 videos/dvds thanks to the generous donations of our members.

Our library is curated by Sheila Clark. She can help you if you are looking for a specific title or if you have any questions at sheilaclark14@gmail.comĀ

Books you check out from our library have no due date, but we do ask that you sign thigns out so that we can track it down if someone else wants to read it.
